New leadership in Student Government: Election results

The online elections garnered just shy of 1,550 votes, with 235 graduates voting. Voter turnout rose to more than 8 percent of the student body voting. The majority of students running on the Student Allies ticket were elected. For full results visit www.utdallas.edu/student/sg/elections.

Write-in votes are still pending verification and acceptance.

Ha it's true...haters would've been reminded of how much Remsen is actually liked if he ran. He did win Homecoming King by a huge margin I'm sure, and that was when people in SG were trying to criticize him the first time for no reason. Congrats to Dina and Grace though! They will do great too.

I wish Remsen would have run for President! He would have won easily being probably the most well-known person on campus. The few people with no lives who write on this forum as "different people" make it look like he is hated when actually 99% of people really respect him for what he's been able to do. Back to the old, nonproductive, resolution-writing SG next year...
